Hi, I’m Coach CAJJ and I’m here to help you move from potential to purpose with boldness, clarity, and Christ at the center.

For over 20 years, I’ve led teams, mentored leaders, coached individuals, and supported ministries through seasons of growth, uncertainty, transition, and breakthrough.

My calling is simple:
To help people understand who they are, why they’re called, and how to move forward with confidence.
Across every room I step into; whether a corporate boardroom, a ministry workshop, or a one-on-one coaching
session, my goal is the same:
To create a space where clarity rises, purpose takes shape, and doubt loses its grip.
MY STORY
I began my leadership journey long before I had a title.
Life taught me early how to show up with resilience, courage, and compassion.
Leadership taught me how to influence, not just instruct.
And faith taught me that purpose isn’t an accident; it's alignment.

I’ve spent two decades in Human Services, serving families, supervising teams, and leading one of the largest units in the OFI division.
In every role, one truth stayed the same:

People don’t just need direction. They need clarity. They need confidence. They need someone who sees their potential and helps them become who they’re called to be.

That truth shaped CAJJ Unlimited.
What started as a whisper from God became a coaching practice designed to help people think clearer, lead stronger, and live more purposefully.
